I’ve know Eli for about six years, and he worked on my computer all that time. When I texted or called him, he always responded in a timely manner, either walking me through fixing the problem, or making an appointment. He was always on time to these appointments.It seems that my computer usually had things wrong with it that where complicated. Eli was always able to fix it. When my husband bought a notebook, he did all the work to set it up. He did the same thing for me when I bought an IPhone and IPad.
When we moved, I asked Eli if he could put a remote assistant on my computer, which was a good thing because my printer decided not to work. He was able to fix it too.
